The HOLDER can exercise the rights of portability, access, elimination, rectification and updating, opposition, suspension of treatment and other rights provided for in the LOPDP.   2. A document proving the identity of the applicant and, if applicable, that of the applicant’s legal representative.
  3. The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which the HOLDER seeks to exercise any of the rights.
  4. The specific request.

If they consider that they have not been attended to in the exercise of their rights, the HOLDER may file a claim with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data through the channels and/or offices that that institution enables.
